Alex, during his time in the lab, worked on technologies to help control movement disorders through brain neuromodulation. Alex was named a Paul E. Gray UROP in 2009 and a Jordan J. Baruch (1947) UROP in 2010. After graduating, he went on to the Ph.D. program in neuroscience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
